Union Banka clients transfer almost 50% of deposits to GE Capital Bank

Former clients of Union Banka (UB) have transferred to GE Capital Bank deposits of over CZK 1 bln, out of a total of CZK 2.6 bln. 23 thousand people have transferred or withdrawn their deposits.

The number of clients who opened their accounts due to the failure of Union Banka is not yet available.
